Our story
Our founder, Jennifer Schaefer, has a passion for helping clients succeed. She envisioned a company that would ensure business owners reach their goals — and because of her extensive background in HR and employee benefits, she understands how to help clients get there faster.
Business owners are great at what they do; however, the HR side of a business comes with a lot of responsibilities and requirements. PaySoftHR takes many of these complex, tedious HR tasks and regulatory compliance items and streamlines them into a simple, efficient solution for clients and their employees.

Jennifer Schaefer is the Founder & CEO of JS Benefits Group, an employee benefits and HR consulting firm serving employers throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, New York, and nationally. She brings extensive experience in employee benefits, healthcare strategy, HR consulting, cost containment, and business strategy to PaySoftHR.
With more than 30 years in the HR arena, she has helped hundreds of clients effectively handle their HR functions, and has built and managed one of the fastest-growing HR services companies in the Mid-Atlantic.
