Our founder, Jennifer Schaefer, has a passion for helping clients succeed. Thus, she envisioned a company that would ensure business owners reach their goals and succeed. However, because she has an extensive background in HR and Employee Benefits, she understands how to help clients reach their business goals faster. Accordingly, she provides innovative solutions, and with expert guidance in areas they don’t necessarily know a lot about – HR. Let’s face it, business owners are great at what they do, however the HR side of a business encompasses many responsibilities and requirements.
